I am working in an application that support both IE and Mozilla Firefox Recently I have added some flash component(They are .swf file) that is working fine with IE but they are not working in Mozilla Firefox Can any body help me how I run my application in Mozilla Firefox so that they Flash component also will visible .

You might have to install Flash plugins to Mozilla. That is the problem with different applications-mutual compatibility.

I have installed the same Adobe Flash Player Plug in . I am still facing the problem .

I'd recommend poking around the Adobe website to see what they have to say on the subject. Please don't make your site Flash-only, however. Adobe still hasn't come out with a 64-bit version, so the more dependent on Flash your website is, the less I can use it. I actually ended up deciding against a certain brand of automobile because I couldn't get past the Flash-only front page.
