I am trying to use the following code in my JSP but it has no affect:

The fact that this is in a JSP is irrelevant. What do you mean by "no affect[sic]"? No window? Wrong size? Computer vanishes?

Wrong size is what I am having trouble with. No matter what parameter values I plug in it always displays the same size.

In my workbench(Web Sphere) it is running NN which is not resizing the page. However, when I deploy the app to our WebServer which runs with IE it resizes.
