I have a 2 list box which is filled and I have a radio button,when I click on radio buton,it will take the data from database and display in those list box,previous item in the listbox must be deleted

How about you make the design a little more simple. Have two list boxes on the page. Hide the one with style="display:none". When the radio button is selected, you show it and hide the other.


This way you do not have to worry about Ajax calls and such to fetch the data from the server.
