Not to be flip, but what are you expecting here? If you've been through the tutorial and still have questions, it'd be best to ask specific questions about jQuery. No one has the time to write a special tutorial just for you and to post it here.
Why not try to write some simple code using jQuery and ask questions when you run unto problems.
To give a very high-level starter, jQuery works by selecting the DOM elements that you want to manipulate, and then operates upon them using the jQuery methods. Selection is handled by the jQuery() function (which can also be written as $() for short) and this creates a wrapped set of elements. The wrapper supplies the jQuery methods.
For example, to hide all images on the page:
The selector syntax passed to the $() function is the key to using jQuery effectively. But it's easy... it uses the same syntax as CSS which most web devos should already be familiar with.
