The Business Systems Analyst will experience interacting with business project sponsor, business subject matter experts and other key stakeholders, project team members. You will serve as liaison between the company and client and/or technical and non-technical departments to gather requirements, and ensure they are met.

* Agile/Scrum, iterative development experience
* Technical knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture, Java, Messaging, Reporting Tools, and Databases

Soft Skills Preferred:
* Good Customer facing skills
* Excellent writing and organizational skills.
* Ability to work both independently and collectively in a team environment.
* Mentors less experienced team members.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
