doubt on html event

The question is as follows
In one of my jsp there are 2 list boxes one represents that countries that i have visited(<5). Next to the list box i have another list box that automatically displays the capital of that country when ever i select a country which html event would be most suitable to achieve this feat?

and the options are

a)onBlur
b)onSelect
c)onClick
d)onChange
