JQuery draggable problem

I am trying to have a simple draggable element on my page with JQuery (I have added all the necessary JS files), and when I try this, I get this.

I am unable to understand what could be the possible reason. Any pointers would be highly appreciable.

With these type of errors it is a good idea to show the code, tell the exact browser, and probably to post a bug report with JQuery with these details.
