Problems with CoolMenus v4

Hello,

I'm using CoolMenus (http://www.dhtmlcentral.com/projects/coolmenus/) (coolmenus4.js) to build my website's top menu. It usually works fine, but sometimes the menu background turns to black, and the users are complaining. I didn't find anything about this issue in the documentation. Is there anybody here familiarized with CoolMenus? Any help will be appreciated.

Yes, I tried to register, but it seems that the forum's admin disabled registration. Anyway, thanks for the tip.
So, does anybody here have a clue about what's happening?

I have never heard CoolMenus mentioned here so it may be that there aren't any users of it that post here.

You may wish to contact the admin to see why registrations are blocked.
