MERIDIAN TECHNOLOGY GROUP is seeking a JAVA DEVELOPER RS5748 with at least 2 years (strong understanding) of Java/J2EE experience and at least 1 year of ColdFusion experience.
Must have a strong understanding of OO and RDMBS concepts. Must also have experience leading the technical architecture for complex web application architectures, high traffic. Experience with these technologies: Web, Linux, Sybase, JSP, EJB, JavaScript and J2EE container principles required. Intermediate experience with Java2 Enterprise Edition, Jasmine and Enterprise Java Beans also required. Experience with SQL, HTML, CSS, XML, XSLT and SOAP. At least 2+ years in the following: DHTML; AJAX; XHTML; PL/SQL-Oracle 9i; Transact SQL (T-SQL) -SQL Server 2005; SQL Server 2005; MySQL, MS Access and Flatfile. 5+ years industry experience a plus.

You will be responsible for the conversion of existing ColdFusion web applications to J2EE deployed in SAP WAS environment. You will implement and maintain websites and applications based on corporate standards and best practices. Work with existing infrastructure, application teams and business owners to maintain a level of high quality and standards during the conversion process. Perform content and technical analysis for web development. Excellent communication skills with ability to work in a complex team environment. Bachelor's degree, preferably in CS required.

US Recruiters must include H1 sponsorship info as well otherwise this forum looses its credibility as I recently responded to this job post and she told me that they dont sponsorship H1.

As Majority of programmers are immigrants who need sponsorhsip ?

I'm not sure what this has to do with forum credibility. It sounds like you needed additional information about a job opening, you asked for it, and you got it. That's how it is supposed to work. You probably had lots of other questions, too, which the company in question was -hopefully- able to answer.

Not sure what you're saying here - that "Java Programmer" is a clearer job description than "Java Developer"? It's up to the company to determine their jobs titles. If it's confusing then that's proof that titles don't generally mean much.

No, this is not required by forum's rules, it is a simple "may" (...U.S. companies may want to include H1B sponsorship information...), which are:

Recruiters: Position postings must include a city (location) in the subject, or the post will be deleted. It is asked that you include the Posting Date in the Topic Title. (U.S. companies may want to include H1B sponsorship information in the body as well.)

Of course including H1B sponsorship information for US companies IS a good idea, but it is nor REQUIRED by this forum's rules.

The lack of H1B sponsorship has nothing to do with credibility of this forum, it has simply to do with the experience of this company's HR department, which is going to be overwhelmed by a mass of "I am alien, do you sponsor ?". Since they do not sponsor, when their HR department is fed up having to deal with a mass of non relevant alien candidates, then they will surely display this info so as to avoid much useless work. It is this company's business, not this forum's one.

It is this company's policy, so you have to comply. It is your role to adapt to requirements of companies you want to join, if you're not a match you won't join, period, like anybody else.

No, immigrant aliens programmers are a small minority and anyway in the process of being whiped out (I speak of the chance to become permanent) considering present US regulations (no offense, I am one of them), so this is not true now and has no chance to ever become true.

No. ALL job posts in any country suppose by default that candidate is allowed to work in the involved country without sponsorship. Look at job offers in this forum for other countries than US (India, China, Germany, ...), almost none states anything about aliens sponsorship either because all candidates are supposed to be native citizens or anyway allowed to work legally there without sponsorship. There is no reason US makes exception, even if in US case it remains a good idea to state sponsorship info so as to avoid much HR waste.
