YUI DataTable implimentation Help

Hi guys..

I have a project in which I need to create an MS Excel type web-form for the user to input data ,as they do in the Excel as per the existing process.I order the automate the same I am seeking to design an application form where I can replicate the behaviour and functionality as in Excel ...the api I am trying to use is YUI data table ,can someone guide me on the design as I need to use this js table as a form and have to send information processed from the same to the server.

Anyone who has implemented any similar solution do help..
