Required Skills: - 5+ years of server-side Java development experience - Knowledge of object-oriented design and programming methodology - Knowledge of design patterns - Middleware / N-Tier architectures - Multi-Threading - Distributed High Availability Software - Open Source - Servlet/JSP
Preferred Skills: - Ajax - Spring - Hibernate or iBatis - JMS - Web Services - Oracle and mysql
