Requirements: ** Self starter with the ability to multi-task and assess priority. ** Ability to adapt to evolving business needs is essential. ** Prior experience assisting clients in fully defining specifications. ** Prior experience both leading and participating in the analysis, design and development (coding) of client/server business applications. ** Strong understanding of standard software development lifecycle methodologies. ** Strong understanding of all aspects of corporate software development; strong client, server, database, and reporting skills. ** Full understanding of systems composed of multiple related applications, from both software and business perspectives. ** Effective oral and written communications abilities. ** Excellent Java development skills (design and coding) ** Knowledge of and experience with Analysis and Design Patterns. ** Experience using UML (Unified Modeling Language) ** Experience in making presentations, with the proven ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively. ** Experience in data migration between systems and work flows are a plus. ** Experience with entertainment oriented business systems is a plus.
