xml and java

[zaeem masood ashar]

I am unable to parse the xml layout that i specify thru the use of the java code. The story begins once a grandfather named "Latif" has a son "Masood" who has his sons as "Zaeem" and "Shikohe". There is something that i am missing while parsing the document
Need help
