I am looking for XML to Object Mapper GUI Tool, which should be able to convert my XML document into a Java file and vice - versa.

Hi Punitha,
U can go to IBM site and search for XML Generator which can create XML file from .DTDS.
But as u said 2 convert XML to JAVA file that u have to write a small java file using JAXP parser.
u can see any xml book and get ur answer.
