XML Design decisions in the book

Recognizing that a lot of people struggle with exactly how to apply XML to a particular data problem, we spend all of chapter two on these questions. Actually, Chris Minnick - who has much more experience with applying XML wrote most of chapters one and two.
His development of how to work things out is excellent (I think.)
