The survey system uses a script written in XML that provides for branching according to your answers. It really is very flexible, for instance, the recording of responses can go to different files, depending on which branch you take.
Responses are recorded in an XML format and there is another servlet that can do an analysis of the results and present HTML tables. I will put that function on-line as soon as the survey has run a couple of days.
