We have an opening here at Igate for a Technical Lead � Peregrine ((HP Openview) and .Net.This is a fulltime position in Toronto.

Brief Job Outline

�Provide domain expertise in Incident Management using Peregrine (HP Openview) v6.1.
�Undertake requirement management (Collate, Analyze, Validate, translate) for Maintenance project.
�Develop functional solution based on requirements.
�Prepare, review and execute Integration test plans.
�Status tracking and reporting .
�Knowledge sharing with other resources in IT delivery team (offshore).


Key Result Areas

�Understanding Application Maintenance Outsourcing (AMO) using Global Delivery Model (GDM).
�Functional solution and issue resolution.
�Deliverables (Requirements, KT documents, other client deliverables).
