. Should be proficient in Vitria (EAI Tool),
. Should have executed the complete SDLC on at least one project using Java, J2EE(Servlet, EJB, JSP, JMS), Web Services, HTML, CSS, XSL, Javascript, ANT, and SQL Server,
. Proficient in using Design tools � XML, RAD
. Experience in portal preferably ALUI, Frameworks - Spring, Hibernate


# 6~8 years of total experience
# B.Tech./MCA/Graduation (Minimum 15 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant)
