Hi
I'm using Apache SOAP to deliver web services. The problem I'm having is that i want to be able to retreive non US characters such as in the SOAP RPC repsonse.
It seems as the encoding of the XML document is fixed in the Apache implementation. Am i right? How do i solve this?
