In XSL file I have a problem which is very importan for all
XSL Developers.
"IN xsl file there are some urls which are hardcoaded but at the
time of deploymetn if the servlet engine is changed then we have to change all urls but instead we should have some other way to
get the value of those variables " i.e just like INI fiels or
some atleast some veriables in the XSL File.

You can perfectly have "INI" files in the form if XML documents. Then you can read these files with document('filename') function.
