I just got Wrox Press's Professional Java XML.
It was just released this April, and covers some of the newer topics such as SOAP and the Web Services Descripion Language (WSDL). Although the first chapter covers XML basics, it's not for the beginner. The scope of the book is awesome, and is directed towards intermediate to advanced Java programmers.
