Hi All,
Again I am confused about this topic.
When we write <xsl:stylesheet version="1.0" xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/TR/WD-xsl">, The books and other resources say that the parser doesn't look for any Tags defined at this URL.
If So then will my parser or XSL Engine look for this particular URL and process the XSL Tags???
Please explain this line.
Thanks.
