Job Description
The incumbent is primarily responsible for :
�Analyzing the business requirements and converting them into Technical or Functional requirements as a team member
�Coding, testing and documenting programs. Tasks are executed as per specifications within different projects / functional areas
�Guide and mentor the team in technical areas, helping them in designing complex queries and reports
�Carry out and review important technical documents, designs etc.
�Creating the test cases, test datasets.
�Share his technical knowledge among and across the team
�Assisting PM / PL with technical details / decisions.
�Mentoring SA�s team members in technical areas/decisions.
�Coordination with onsite team members on gap analysis, communication, planning and issues.

Requirements
� Good academic background � Core java expertise
� Good exposure to Struts framework
� Preferable if knowledge of Springs, Hibernate etc
� Knowledge of various design patterns
� Good communication skills

The Individual

4 � 6 years of experience
B.E / B.Tech. / MCA equivalent
