How can i build a tree structure (like windows Explorer) in XML and XSL?
Is it possible to build dynamically?
Is it possible to add folders to that tree?

Sure you can.
But you may need to use some jpgs for the icons in the tree. Use the simple parser program and add the appropriate image file and display it on the browser window.

You might get some benefit from looking at http://xml.apache.org/xerces-j/samples.html
There is a sample TreeViewer there.
