Emerald Resource Group is an executive search firm that specializes within software development in Northern Ohio - we're currently working on a high-impact Javascript development role with one of our best clients.

The role

This developer uses a variety of web development tools, including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML to create new systems and deliver enhancements for existing applications, in addition to performing technical requirements analysis, application design, and related maintenance tasks.

The developer is responsible for unit and integration testing of programs, preparation of test plans for the quality assurance group, as well as preparation of operating procedures and any needed technical documentation. The developer works as part of team, contributing to code reviews and group discussions to both resolve project issues and to improve the overall development process.

Web Developer Technical Skills

3-5+ years of experience developing Internet Applications using JavaScript, CSS and HTML and other modern web development technologies.

Experience with Java UI frameworks a plus.

2+ years of experience with SQL; experience with Oracle a plus

Strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and Internet Architectures is required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Some experience with Java UI frameworks desirable.
