XML + XSL + CSS = Formatted Page. Is it possible?

Hi!
Can we use Cascading Style Sheets along with XSL stylesheets for formatting an XML doc? What i mean is, is it possible to give a HTML <LINK> kinda tag in a XSL stylesheet?
Am I making sense?
