How to get data in xml format from oracle 9i thru stored procedure

Is there any way whereby I can get the data in xml format from an oracle database (9i) thru stored procedure.
To rephrase: i have to write stored procedure in oracle 9i which will return data in xml format.

Anil,
Have a look on the Oracle technet website where you can find the XML SQL Utility for Java. This utility helps generating XML Documents from SQL queries.
You may also code your stored procedure in Java to access the Java classes that come with the Oracle XDK.
