Candidates will have a demonstrable understanding of Java technologies, and have significant development experience using Java/J2EE, server-side (Struts, JSP, XML/XSL, JSF, Oracle), client-side (Java, Swing), Eclipse based development tools, and IBM Middleware. Ideal candidates will: be committed to creating readable, reliable and maintainable code; be willing to learn new technologies; be able to work with minimal supervision; and be relied upon for critical tasks.
