In xsl can we change the value of the variable after defining it once.
Eg:
--------------------
<!-- global variables-->
<xsl:variable name="firsttime" select="0" />
<xsl:variable name="temp" select="0" />
<!-- if statement in a template-->
<xsl:if test="temp='0' and firsttime='0'">
<xsl:variable name="firsttime" select="1" />
</xsl:if>
<!-- end-->
--------------------
Will the value of firsttime variable change to 1 after that or will it be 0 after the if loop
if this does not change its value can any one suggest a method for changing its value..
Thanks
Dee
