How to convert Node to a Document?

I am getting a soap message and I would like to get rid of <SOAP-ENV:Envelope> and <SOAP-ENV:Body> tags and keep only the child element, which in this case is the xml document that has been passed over soap. Now I am not being able to construct a Document object out of that Node. I'd appreciate any ideas, code snippets or links that you might have.
TIA

Would this be of any help?
