XQuery problem

I'm having trouble using predicates in XQuery (Apache implementation of XMLBeans)

Here is my XML.

  
<Tables>
     <Table>
         <Name>EMP</Name>
     </Table>
 
     <Table>
         <Name>STYOCK</Name>
     </Table>
 
     <Table>
         <Name>EMP</Name>
     </Table>
 
     <Table>
         <Name>VALS</Name>
     </Table>     
</Tables>

I need to write a XQuery to fetch the <Table> elements whose <Name> is "EMP". Can someone help me?
