How to translate \d{9}\p{L}{2}\d{4}

I have pattern in my schema like <xsd:pattern value="\d{9}\p{L}{2}\d{4}"/>. Can someone tell me how to intepret this kind of pattern (if you can suggest a web site that will be great).
