Any Binary Markup File reader?

Hi Guys,

Has any one come across a java (or else) program that read a binary markup language (bml) file and reverse it into ascii (back to xml), sort of reverse...

bml is a compressed xml file, for mobile application use.

Or any idea how to write one.
