Validating XML against Schema

I have a small query. I would like to validate below XML for specific condition using schema
<translations> <translation> <targetnetworkid>1</targetnetworkid> <dnprefix>2</dnprefix> <destaddr>1</destaddr> </translation> <translation> <targetnetworkid>1</targetnetworkid> <dnprefix>2</dnprefix> <destaddr>67</destaddr> </translation> </translations>
targetnetworkid and dnprefix combination is a composite key so I dont want it to be repeated in terms of VALUES. Can we handle it thru' schema?
