The only option you can avail is the search facility available and search by your user Name. There is no facility for "watch" here. The "search" link is available under the "Post Reply" button.
However you can get e-mails or notifications that someone has replied to the topics you started. To do this you have to check E-mail Notification when you post a new Topic.
