I'm afraid I don't know the Indian price of the book but you can find it on Amazon at

Rich Internet Applications was a phrase coined by Macromedia to describe a type of Flash application. Ajax describes a particular approach to building applications involving XML, XSLT, DOM scripting with JavaScript, the XMLHttpRequest and HTML/CSS.

RIAs and Ajax share a common approach as they both try to mimic the responsiveness of desktop applications in a web environment.

It takes some time for the Indian Edition to be printed so I guess you will need to wait a while, maybe 2-3 months, when it does come out it maybe priced anywhere between US$ 8 to 12.

Hope that helps.
