Splitting of XML files using SAX

Hi guys,

I have big xml files and I need to split tthat files into multiple xml files. Since DOM has the memory constraint I guess I'll go with SAX. And also I need to maintain well formedness of xml files.

Any tips or links that can be helpful.

The most important SAX tip is -
Remember that the characters() method can be called any number of times while parsing a single text node.
