When I open the file in browser it does not show me any junk or unwanted characters it opens normally in IE.
Thats what I was trying to warn you about. A browser display may well reformat the text so that it looks fine - think about all the junk in typical HTML that the browser never shows. Extra leading spaces or control characters may be dropped.

Word "smart" punctuation. I use Ultra-Edit-32 all the time but Im sure there are free editors out there.
