Changing xmlns

I am new to XML and have a basic question.
I have one xml file where the xmlns:com=""
and I want to change is to xmlns:com="".

Can I just go ahead and change the xml namespace in that xml or i will have to change anyother files which will be affecting due to this change.

Impossible to say. There may be programs that are looking for the old namespace, and changing the file to use the new namespace would cause those programs to act differently.
I’ve looked at a lot of different solutions, and in my humble opinion Aspose is the way to go. Here’s the link:
