Is anybody over here using XP in their projects?
I have been using it for around 7-8 months and wanted to know what others feel about it?
TIA

Chris,
I only wish I were doing XP. I'm curious about a few things though:
How much of XP are you using? Are you using all the practices or just some of them?
Do you have a team member who has experience doing XP? Do you have a coach? If not, how did you and your team start out doing it?
Of the XP practices that you use, which one/s do you find most difficult to stick with? I am asking this it's often the case that when pressure builds and developers start floundering with a new process, they tend to fall back on old habits not because they are more effective but because they are more familiar.
Thanks,
Junilu

Chris,
I'm working on getting the pieces into place....Automated unit testing, making refactoring familiar to my team, etc. This month's issue of IEEE Software has quite a few good experience reports focused on XP. You might want to check that out.

We are using almost all the practices of XP.
Yeah, we have a coach. We got training from the objectmentor guys and also many of us attended XP conferences.
Of all the practices Automated acceptance tests is kind of most challenging and no we don't fall back on old habits.
Is their anybody else over here who is practicing it?
