I am new to sofware development and am looking to expand my knowledge base. I am famililiar with Extreme Programming(XP). What are the others I left in the Subject section of this posting?

Hi friends, As explained earlier, RUP is Rational Unified Process. Since it became very popular and was accepted commercially, OMG decided to make it a standard(similar to UML). But since a standard cannot be related to a company(Rational in this case), the standard will be called the Unified Process(UP). As far as what DRUP means, your guess is as good as mine. Maybe the Bartenders need to step in to explain the meaning of DRUP . Regards, Prasanna.
