Hi folks. I'm probably speaking for Carl, too, by saying that I really feel terrible about this. Carl and I originally contacted Alistair and set up the agreement for him to participate this week. Both of us have tried contacting him this week, so far unsuccessfully. We will keep trying, and hopefully he'll still be able to join us, even if a bit late. Kyle
