I am looking for some white papers targeted for an experienced java programmer who's background is mostly implementation but is looking to grow into a more architectural role. Something that describes the use of a design process for evaluating and chosing technologies up through validating design choices ( i.e. prototyping). Any good links would be appreciated. Thanks in advance Jeff Gaer

Wilfried, I see we read pretty much the same things Nice page. A little (well, actually it's displayed in a pretty big font) typo there: it's "Design" not "Desgin" Junilu
