Hey everybody, May I have some recommendations of books or forums that good for IT project management? Like how to coordinate the work among the team members, how to synchronize the codes among them and the proper way to manage the release version of application... Thanks for attention.....

Another good one is: Effective Project Management by Robert K. Wysocki, Rudd McGary The third edition includes completely new material on adaptive and extreme project management. I will soon publish a review of it in the bunkhouse. I'll let you know when it is up.
