Hi,
I've recently heard about such methodologies as Personal Software Process (PSP) and Team Software Process (TSP), developed by CMM expers. They say these things give tremendous quality improvement and exact time estimation.
Did anybody have an experience with this?
Best regards,

I personally don't know anyone who's doing PSP (or TSP for that matter), but I know a couple who have tried PSP for a while (myself included). None of us observed enough improvements to continue doing it after 1 or 2 weeks. I'm not saying that it's PSP's fault, though.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
