Lately there is push for outsourcing of Software related projects. Have you guys discussed any money related aspects(positives/negatives) of this approach in your book??
By the way, on Amazon there is very small desription about the book. Can you try to give more details of what different aspects(or financial metrics) are covered in the book. That would sure help to sell the book more, I think.

We have a little more information about the book in a faq on our website. You can visit it at http://www.softwarebynumbers.com
Someone else also asked us to post a table of contents. I'll see if I can get that done tomorrow - however if you visit Amazon and click on the "See inside the book link" it has the preface of the book and the table of contents listed. This would probably give you a better idea of what the book is all about.
