Sample Test Script Resources?

Hopefully this post really does belong here instead of the "testing" forum.

I'm looking for samples for test scripts for validation that needs to be done manually. I'm mainly interested in formatting/consistency issues, not the actual content obviously. (Something I could slap into Microsoft Word). So, if anybody has some nice resources or wants to share what their company does as a standard, feel free to share. My search of the Internet didn't turn up anything useful.

In case I'm misusing the term "test script", I'm thinking in terms of preconditions and postconditions, with the necessary steps to validate some data, e.g. user clicks on box, screen says 'ok' (or something to that effect). Any thoughts?
