More or less, yes. Scrum isn't really a methodology, and some people might say that RUP/EUP aren't really agile; but broadly, yes.

RUP can be implemented in a very agile, or a very non-agile manner, it's really up to you. Unfortunately most people implement them in a non-agile manner.

When we wrote the EUP book we tried to sneak as many agile concepts in as possible, but like the RUP you can implement it any way that you want.

Scrum is a methodology, the focus of which is project management and requirements management.

And XP is the prominent Agile process - if you want to call it a process. (It's somewhat oxymoronic to speak of Agile processes, as Agility, besides other things, is about "Individuals and their interactions *over* processes and tools".)

The soul is dyed the color of its thoughts. Think only on those things that are in line with your principles and can bear the light of day. The content of your character is your choice. Day by day, what you do is who you become. Your integrity is your destiny - it is the light that guides your way. - Heraclitus

Martin Fowler has a good overview on his articles page called The New Methodology

It's a few years old but it's got some good information.
