Are you the interviewer or the interviewee? - Scott

Seems to me that you need to read up about the RUP. A good book is Phillipe Kruchten's. If you don't want to do that, another option is my Introduction to the RUP whitepaper. - Scott

I honestly don't know a better way to learn RUP than to first read as much as you can about it and then actually practice it for real. Cutting corners is not likely to do any good to either party. Could you tell us more about your goals, e.g. why you're asking us for "resources for RUP questions"? Do you believe your ability to perform up to your potential future employer's expectations is better when you've had the chance to rehearse answers to questions the interviewer is likely to ask?

Any half-way decent interviewer is going to ask him open ended questions which show his understanding of the RUP. Better yet, they'll ask questions that go beyond the RUP to see if he understands the bigger picture. He should read up on the RUP so that he understands what he should have been doing on that RUP project. He should also do some reading on how to prepare for an interview. - Scott
