I am having good experience in project,I do understand what SDLC is in my project.

But I want to learn more in order to clear the interview.

Software Engineering by Pressman is the best book to know about SDLC. Many MCA and BE(CS) guys use this book for their academics.

Google found a ton of electronic resources. The wiki page is really good for an overview. You can try narrowing down to .edu domains to get some school lecture notes too.
